Tasks, notes and files stop living in three different apps. In Nodease each Node holds whatever it needs β and you decide whether to see it as a list, a board, or a folder.
No credit card.
Because the list is rarely the problem. What's left out of it is.
You write βsend the contractβ in one app and the contract lives in another. When it's time to act, the work is searching.
A long list hides what's urgent. Seeing the same things in columns by status changes what you notice.
You wrote it down so you wouldn't forget β then you forget to open the app. Without a nudge at the right moment, the note did nothing.
Nothing is duplicated. It's the same Node from another angle.
Write the way you think. Enter creates the next one, Tab nests it. Any Node becomes a folder for others without leaving the screen.
The same Nodes spread across statuses: Inbox, To Do, Doing and Done. Drag between columns.
Every attachment you've uploaded in one place, filtered by type and searchable by the Node it came from.
Date and time, repetition (daily, specific days, every N hours) and a phone notification even with the app closed.
One tap puts the due date in Google Calendar or the iPhone Calendar, repetition included.
Attach a PDF, image or link on the Node itself β up to 10 MB each. No digging through email later.
Press and drag with your finger to reorder and nest. Install it to your home screen and use it as an app.
Open and edit on the subway, on a plane, or with a dropping signal. Your changes are saved on the device and upload on their own once you are back online.
Email verification, two-factor with an authenticator app, and passkeys β if you want them.
Export everything as text or Markdown whenever you like. Delete the account and nothing is left behind.
Nodease is free today. When Pro exists, whoever already uses it keeps everything they have.
To organize your own life.

Yes. On Chrome or Edge on desktop, click the install icon in the address bar. On Android, your browser offers "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone, tap Share and then "Add to Home Screen" in Safari. It becomes a real app with its own icon, no app store needed.
The app keeps working. It stores a copy of your Nodes on the device itself, so it opens and lets you create, edit and organize normally while offline. Whatever you do goes into a queue and uploads on its own once you are back β a note in the corner shows how many changes are waiting. The only thing that needs a connection is attaching a file or link.
No. Your Nodes and attachments are yours. We have no access to anything you create. What you write is not shared with anyone, not even with us.
You export everything as text or Markdown from inside the app and delete your account whenever you want. No retention email, no phone call.
