These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Nodease (the "service", "app"), a personal organizer in which each entry is called a Node and can hold a task, a note, a due date and files. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password and access credentials confidential (including security keys/biometrics and two-factor authentication codes), and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must provide a valid email and truthful information when signing up. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraudulent or abusive use, or use that violates the law or these terms.
2. Use of the service
Nodease is provided for personal organization of your Nodes. You may not use the service to store or distribute illegal or malicious content, or content that violates third-party rights, nor attempt to compromise the service's security (vulnerability scanning, brute force, reverse engineering, deliberate server overload).
3. Content you submit
You retain ownership of the Nodes, notes, attachments and other content you submit ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you — we don't use your content to train AI models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the service.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, temporary outages and feature changes may occur. We'll make a reasonable effort to notify you of relevant changes in advance.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time in your Profile settings, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service. We recommend keeping external copies of critical information.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
